I've been trying to decode the messages of this channel for almost a year with not much luck. I came across it when pressing random keys in the Youtube search. It went inactive during the summer and unlisted all its videos at some point but the videos can mostly be found in playlists on the channel. When it came back it posted 2 videos with titles that really stood out as different. But when active it'd post like a lot but not like an amount reasonable for a human to do. It also stated that it was documenting Macroblocking but the titles and descriptions are all in an encode cypher. I don't believe it to be an ARG as it doesn't seem to want to be found. Also, make sure to make records of everything if you do go there as it may even delete videos for all I know. It's kinda hard to keep track of them tbh.
